Read the petition of William Rhoads praying an order of division of the estate of Judath Suton deceased amongst the children of Thomas Suton deceased. Ordered granted. Francis Ward, John Daly, Jehue Nicholls or either two to divide the sd. estate of them and to make due return to next court.
March Session 1761
Francis Ward exhibited the devision of the estate of Judith Suton deceased between the heirs of Thomas Suton deceased agreeable to the order of last court. Ordered filed.
