Ordered that Joseph Ansley Junr. have leave of administration on the estate of Nathaniel Swain and give bond 200 pounds Edward Ansley and Richard Davis securities.
Ordered that Joseph Ansley Junr. administrator of Nathl. Swain deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of Nathaniel Swain deceased and make return to next court.
Joseph Ansley administrator of Nathaniel Swain deceased exhibits into court upon oath an inventory of the estate of the said deceased ordered filed.

Isaac Patrick Deputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of Nathaniel Swain deceased estate to the amount of 68 pounds, 6 shillings & 7 pence & filed.
