Execution dated 27 Jul 1795 and issued 30 Sep 1795 against the estate of Joshua Swain deceased for the costs of suit between Joshua Swain and William Young.
Summons dated 25 Oct 1796 and issued 10 Dec 1796 for the administratrix of Joshua Swain deceased to appear at next court and answer the charges brought by William Gray trustee for Sarah Crooke and her children broken covenant with damages of one hundred pounds.
Execution dated 23 Oct 1797 and issued 15 Jan 1798 against Sarah Crooke for cost of a suit against the administratrix of the estate of Joshua Swain.
