William Swain came into open court & qualified to the last will & testament of James Swain deceased in due form of law - - ordered that letters testamentary issue thereon with a coppy of the will annexed as the law directs.

This James Swain appears to have no connection to the James Swain who wrote his will in 1806 since his estate was settled in 1811.
