January Session 1830
Ordered that Henry German be permitted to administer on the estate of Caleb Sawyer & he gave bond with Wm. Simmons & Peleg Simmons security.
Ordered that Benj. Sikes, Stephen Sawyer & Abel Sawyer lay off to Sarah Sawyer widow of Caleb Sawyer her years allowance.
Henry German administrator of Caleb Sawyer returned an account of sale of the estate of Caleb Sawyer & filed.
July Session 1830
A return of the years allowance of Mary Sawyer widow of Caleb Sawyer of one hundred & seventy five which was ordered to be filed.
July Session 1831
Ordered that Benj. Sikes, John Simmons & Levy Langly audite and settle the estate of Caleb Sawyer with Henry German the administrator.
January Session 1832
The audited account of Caleb Sawyer was returned into open court & filed.

Bond dated 25 Jan 1830 in the amount of five hundred dollars appointing Henry Garman administrator of the estate of Caleb Sawyer deceased, William Simmons & Peleg Simmons securities.
Documents relating to suits by Benjamin Sikes & Abram Cahoon to recover debts owed by the estate. Land was levied to satisfy, which adjoined Benjamin Sikes & Miles Sawyer.
