I Nora Sawyer of the County of Tyrrell and the State of North Carolina, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, to wit:
Item - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal to my beloved children named as follows: Ina May Sawyer, Branson Sawyer and David Sawyer.
Item - To Ina May Sawyer I give the following personal property: 1 sewing machine, 1 couch, 1 set of chairs, stools and 1 rocker, 3 sets of window curtains, 1 trunk, 7 pictures and frames and also my clothes.
Item - To David Sawyer I give 1 center table.
Item - To Branson Sawyer I give 1 center table
To have and to hold to them my said children and to their heirs and assigns forever.
Item - I hereby nominate and appoint A. A. Kemp to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made.
In witness whereof I the said Mrs. Nora Sawyer do hereby set my hand and seal this the 13th day of June 1919.

Signed sealed, published and declared by the above named testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other unto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Nora Sawyer, deceased, is exhibted before me by A. A. Kemp the executor therein mentioned and the due execution thereof by the said Nora Sawyer by the oath and examination of Herbert L. Smith and M. D. Kemp, the subscribing witnesses, who being duly sworn doth depose and say and each for himself deposeth and saith that he is a subscribing witness and that the said Nora Sawyer in the presence of this deponant did subscribe her name at the end of said paper writing bearing a date of the 13th of June 1919.
The deponent further saith that the said Nora Sawyer, the testatrix aforesaid, did at the time of subscribing her name to the last Will and Testament and at the same time of the deponents subscribing his name as attesting witness thereto, that the said Nora Sawyer was of sound mind and memory and of full age to execute a will, and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponents. And these deponents say not.

It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of, Nora Sawyer deceased.
Let the said Will togeather with the probate be recorded and filed this 13th day of December 1919.
