Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1817
Ordered that Abel Sawyer have leave of administration on the estate of Robert Sawyer Senr. deceased and has entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds giving for securitys Josiah Jerman & Valentine Sawyer quallified agreeable to law.
Ordered that Abel Sawyer administrator of the estate of Robert Sawyer sell the estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to next term.
July Session 1817
The inventory and account of sales of the estate of Robert Sawyer was returned to court on oath by Abel Sawyer the administrator & filed.
