Jerry Liverman having applied to me for a LICENSE for the marriage of himself of Tyrrell County, aged 40 years, color colored the son of John Liverman and Gracy Liverman the father now living, the mother living, resident of Tyrrell Co And Cora M. Selby of Tyrrell County aged 20 years, color colored, daughter of Peter Selby and Cora Selby the father living, the mother living, resident of Tyrrell County N.C..
And the written consent of (blank) the (blank) of the said (blank) to the proposed marriage having been filed with me.
And there being no legal impediment to such marriage known to me, you are hereby authorized, at any time within one year from the date hereof, to celebrate the proposed marriage at any place within the said county.
