I, James J. Turner, of the County and State aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory: but considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, and desireing to dispose of my earthly possessions according to my wishes: Do make and declaire and publish this my last will and Testament.
Item 1. My executor hereinafter named shall give to my body a decent burial, according to the wishes of my friends and relative, pay off and settle all my just debts owing by me out of the first money coming to her hands from the proceeds of my estate.
Item 2. Give and devise to my beloved wife Annie Turner all of my property, both real and personal including money choses in action, in fact every and all property of every nature and kind to her and her heirs forever or in fesimple.
Item 3. I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Annie Turner Executrix to this my will and she shall not be required to give bond, or she shall act without giving a bond.
Item 4. I hereby revoke and declair absolutely void all other will and Testaments herebefore made by me.
In witness whereof I, James J. Turner do hereto sign my name and affix my seal, This the 29th say of April 1922.
