Ordered that Hannah Twiford be appointed guardian to Wallace Twiford Clarasa Twiford & Truxon Twiford orphans of William Twiford deceased & have entered into bond five hundred pounds Uri Spruill & Robert Homes securities.
January Session 1818
Ordered that Elihu Sanderlin be appointed guardian to Thomas Twiford orphan of William Twiford deceased and has entered into bond agreeable to law and give for security Richard Davis & Silby Patrick.

Bond dated 13 Oct 1803 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Patsey Twiford guardian of Thomas Twiford orphan of William Twiford deceased, John Alexander & Hesekiah Arnold securities. {Flyleaf says October Term 1813 - Form was preprinted with 180(blank), so probably didn't strike through the zero with a one.}
Bond dated 11 Oct 1814 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Hannah Twiford guardian of Wallace Twiford Clarasa Twiford & Truxton Twiford orphans of William Twiford deceased, Uri Spruill & Robert Homes securities.
Bond dated 13 Jan 1818 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Elihu Sanderlin guardian of Thomas Twiford orphan of William Twiford deceased, Richard Davis & Selby Patrick securities.
Transcriber's Notes:
The above guardian bonds for Thomas Twiford appear to be misfiled in the estate file of William Twiford Senr. instead of William
Twiford Junr. Court minutes show a Betsey Twiford as guardian in the bond executed in 1813 whereas the actual bond in this estate
file shows Patsey Twiford.
