Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1799
Ordered that Rebeca Webb have leave of administration on the estate of Harmon Webb deceased and give bond and security in the sum of 1,000 pounds William Fagan & Asa Hardison securities and quallifyed accordingly.
Ordered that William Fagan Esqr. Levi Stubbs John Garrett & Benjamin Blount be appointed to lay off to Rebeca Webb widdow of Harmon Webb deceased one years provision out of the estate of said deceased agreeable to the Act of Assembly in that case made and to make returns to next court.
October Session 1799
The inventory of the estate of Harmon Webb was returned in open court ordered filed.
The allowance of Rebeca Webb widow of Harmon Webb deceased was laid off and a return made in open court filed.
