In the name of God amen: I Nathaniel Webb of the county and state aforesaid being very sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind & memory thanks be given to Almighty God for the same do this thirtyeth day of December one thousand seven hundred and eighty four make and ordain this to be and contain my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz:
Imprimis - I give and bequeath unto John Webb son of Robert Webb one piece or parcel of land on the East side Welches Creek beginning at the center of three pines in his own line running thence due west from thence to Welches Creek it joining the lower end of his land unto him and his heirs forever.
Item - I give and bequeath unto Harmon Webb son of John Webb the remainder of all my lands and Plantation on the said East side Welches Creek unto him and his heirs forever-
Item - I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel unto Harmon Webb son of John Webb unto him and his heirs forever -
Item - I give and bequeath unto Capt. William Earl all that he owes me unto him and his heirs forever.
And last of all I do constitute nominate and appoint Harmon Webb son of John Webb my sole Executor constituting this and no other to be and contain my last Will & Testament in the presence the subscribers who at my request doth subscribe themselves witnesses hereunto.
Signed Sealed Published pronounced and declared
by the Testator to be
& contain his last Will and Testament
in the presence of us who at his request
have subscribed our names.

Personally appeared Jasper Hardison and made oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw and heard Nathaniel
Webb above named sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the above writing to be his last will and testament and that at
that time he was of sound mind & memory and at the same time he saw Francis Ward and Harmon Webb subscribing witnesses sign
yheir name thereto and further saith not.

Appeared in open court Jasper Hardison & exhibited the last will and testament of Nathaniel Webb which was proved by the oath of said Jasper Hardison & ordered to be recorded.
April Session 1785
Appeared in open court Harman Webb and qualifyed executor to the last will & testament of Nathaniel Webb deceased.
