In the name of God Amen: I Sarah Webster of said State and county being of sound mind & memory, blesed be God for the same do this day make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following this is to say---
1st - I give and bequeath of Sally Etheridge of James one bead & furniture to her and her heirs forever ---
2nd - I give and bequeath to my sister Rachel Brickhouse one chest to her and her heirs forever ---
3d. - And lastly my will and desire is that all the residue of my estate that is not given away to be sold at a credit of six months and the money arising from the sale to be equally divided amongs my brother and sister now living to them & them & their heirs forever ---
I hereby make and ordain my brother Benj. Brickhouse Executor to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Sarah Webster have hereunto set my hand and seal the 28th September 1833.

The will of Sarah Webster was exhibited in open court and proved by the oath of James F. Swain. At the same time appeared Benj. Brickhouse the executor therein named refused to qualify to the same. At the same time ordered that Jno. Brickhouse Senr. administer on the said estate with the will annexed with Elsberry Brichouse & Enoch Hassell securities.
Jno. Brickhouse Senr. returned into court the account of sales & inventory of Robert B. Webster & wife.

Bond dated 27 Jan 1834 in the amount of one thousand dollars appointing John Brickhouse administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Sarah Webster deceased, Enoch Hassell & Elsberry Brickhouse securities.
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Robert Webster to Esther Brickhouse on 27 Dec 1813, Edmund Hopkins security; also Robert Webster to Sally Brickhouse on 30 Mar 1816, Sylvanus Davenport security; also James Etheridge to Cathrine Brickhouse on 4 Jul 1820, Mathew Brickhouse security.
Sarah Webster was the daughter of William Brickhouse (see 1821 will and 1828 estate papers) and Elizabeth Brickhouse (see 1829 will).
