Execution issued the 4th Monday in October 1835 and issued 23 Nov 1835 against the goods & chattels of James Wood in the hands of his executor Jno. F. Neal for $505.20 which Jno. Wood's administrator lately recovered against him for debt due from 1 Oct 1830 and also $6.50 for costs and charges in said suit expended, wherein the said Wood's executor is liable.
