Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions

Appeared in open court Robert Davison Esqr. and exhibited the deposition of Clement Crooke Esqr. and Elizabeth Johnson relative to the estate of James Waddell deceased wherein he the said Jas. Waddell doth make the said Robert Davison his whole and sole heir of al his real and personal estate after passing the judgement of the said court ordered to be registered.
An inventory of the estate of James Waddell deceased returned into open court by Robert Davison Esqr. on oath ordered to be filed.

Edmund Blount Esqr. exhibited in open court an account of sales of the estate of James Waddell deceased amounting to 71 pounds, 14 shillings & 2 pence & ordered to be filed.
