Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1823
Administration on the estate of Sarah Woodland was committed to Zebulon Tarkenton who entered into bond with approved security & quallified agreeable to law ordered that letters of administration issue thereon & that he proceed to sell the perishable estate of the said deceased & account for the same as the law directs.
October Session 1823
Zebulon Tarkenton administrator of the estate of Sarah Woodland deceased returned in open court on oath the inventory & account sales of said estate amount $55.29 & filed.
