In the name of God Amen. I Thomas White of Tyrrel County N. Carolina do make publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament concelling and revoking all other will by me made to Wit. I give all my farming utensils of all and any sort or kind to my well beloved sons Thomas I. White and Warren White to be equally divided between them the said Thos. I. White and Warren White to make the division to suit themselves. I give to each of my two sons Thos. I. White and Warren White one of my bed and clothes. I give well beloved son Warren White my black mule named Tom and now in my posession also to my son Warren White I give all my hogs which may then at my death be in my posession and belonging to me. I give to my two sons Thos I White and Warren White all my Cypress timber on the Frying pan. It being the timber Deeded to my by Mr. John Wallace to them and their heirs for ever. I give to my two sons Thos I White and Warren White and my well beloved Daughter Feriby Cahoon now the wife of Reuben Cahoon one half of the patent made by myself and Jessie Sykes bounded by the Jones and Pool land and other the said one half of said Patented land to be equally divided or the one half of said patented land by myself and Jessie Sykes I wish to be equally divided between my two sons Thos I. White Warren and my daughter Feribe Cahoon wife of Reuben Cahoon each to take one third of said one half of said described land to them and there heirs forever. I give to my son Thos I. White and my daughter Ferby Cahoon now the wife of Reuben Cahoon all my stock of cattle of all sorts and kinds to be equally divided between them to them and heirs forever also all my sheep to be equally divided between them to them the said Thos I. White and Feriby Cahoon and their heirs forever. I give to my well belove daughter Feriby Cahoon my sewing machine also one bed and furniture to her and her heirs forever I give my relative Jessie L. Jones one bed used by myself all the residue of my estate of all sorts and kind I wish to be equally divided between my two sons Thos I White Warren and my well beloved daughter Feriby Cahon all of which said bequests I give to them and there heirs forever. I give my buggy to my two sons Warrens White and Thos I. White said buggy is not to be included in the residue of my estate said Buggy I give to them my said two sons there heirs forever. I appoint my two sons Thos I. White and Warren White executors to this my last and testament.

Signed and Sealed Sarah M. Cahoon A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Thos White decd bearing date Nov 17, 1880 is exhibited in court by Thos L White and Warren White the executors there in name for probate with the name of W L. Reed and Sarah M. Cahoon now Mrs. Armstrong as subscribing witnesses there to and the due execution of said will & testament by the said Thos. White is proved by the oath of examination of the said W L. Reed and Sarah M. Cahoon both of whom being duly sworn and each for himself says that the said Thos White in there presence signed said paper writing above named and declared the same to be his last will and they then said W L. Reed and Sarah M. Cahoon in the presence of and at the request of the said Thos White and in the presance of each did sign each there names as subscribing witnesses thereto and that they believe that the said Thos White at the time of signing and publishing the said instrument as his last will and testament of sound mind and memory capable of making a will.
