In the name of God Amen I Edward Walker of the County and state aforesaid being sick and weak of body but of perfect sound disposeing mind and memory thanks be to the almighty God for the same do ? to make this my last will and testament in manner and form followind following -

First and principilly I do recomend my soul into the hand of the almighty God which give it me and my body to be burryed at the descretion of executors here after mentioned, and as touching my worldly goods which hath God to bestow on me in this life I give and bequeathe in the manner and form following -

Item I give and bequathe unto my daughter Mary Walker Rodes twenty shillings lawfull money as a debarr against any other part of my estate -

Item I give and bequathe unto my daughter Abigail Wal Addams twenty shillings lawfull money as a debarr against any other part or parcel of my estate -

Item I give and bequathe unto my daughter Sarah Phennelfor twenty shillings lawfull money as a debarr against any other part of my estate -

Item I give and bequathe unto my grandaughter Elizabeth Walker one shilling lawfull money as a debarr against any other part of my estate -

Item I give and bequeathe unto my daughter Elizabeth Walker

Item I give and bequeathe all my land plentation and building to be equally devided between my two sons Edward Walker and Taylor Walker to them and their heirs and assigns forever and if either of them should die without lawfull heir the other of them should heir the whole of my land -

Item I lend to my beloved wife Elener Walker all my estate dureing her life and at her death all that is not before given to be equally devided amongst my five children now liveing with me Elizabeth Walker, Milley Walker Margret Walker Edward Walker & Taylor Walker

I constitute denominate and appoint my wife Elener Walker and my friend William Stubbs executors to this my lill and testament revoking all other will or wills heretofore by me mad retifying and confirming this only to be my last will and testament in testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixt my seal this twenty fourth day of December one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven

The last will and testament of Edward Walker was introduced in open court and proved by the oath of David Grifen ordered to be recorded.

Personally appeared Elenor Walker in open court and qualifyed executrix to the last will and testament of Edward Walker deceased according to form of law.
