November Session 1777
Personally appeared Elizabeth Ward and prayed administration on the estate of James Ward deceased the was granted and entered into security with Joseph Spruil & James Phelps in a bond of one thousand pounds. Ordered that Mr. Secretary have notis that letters testamentary issue.
February Session 1778
Elizabeth Ward apeared in open court & returned an inventory on oath of the estate of James Ward deceased.
