Summons dated 7 Feb 1809 and issued 27 Mar 1809 to the Sheriff of Washington County for Robert Armstead's administrator to appear in court on the fourth Monday of June next to show cause, if any, why execution should not issue against the estate of Robert Armstead for the sum of 3 pounds, 9 shillings & 9 pence, court costs of a suit brought by Robert Armstead against the executors of Francis Ward at January Term 1800.
