July Session 1807
Ordered that William Russ have leave of administration on the estate of Elizabeth Ward and hath given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds John Simmons and Abel Sawyer securities.
William Russ returned in open court on oath the inventory of Elizabeth Ward filed.
January Session 1808
William Russ returned in court on oath an account of sales of the movable estate of Anthony and Elizabeth Ward amount {blank}.
September Session 1809
Ordered that Timothy Jones Joseph White and Joseph Meekins be appointed to audite the estate of Elizabeth Ward deceased and make return to next court.
April Session 1811
Joseph Meekins returned in court the audited account of Elizabeth Ward vs. the administrator and a ballance appears due the estate of $20.02 filed.
