Ordered that Jeremiah Weskett administer on the estate of his son Franklin Weskett and that he enter into bond of three thousand dollars with S. L. Alexander & John McClees securities.

Bond dated 24 Oct 1842 in the amount of $3,000 appointing Jeremiah Weskett administrator of the estate of Franklin Weskett deceased, John McClees & John J. Alexander securities.

Petition at October Term 1842 of Jeremiah Weskett, administrator of Franklin Weskett, and of Frances Ann Weskett an infant by Jos. Alexander her next friend who are tenants in common of six negros viz. Bridget, David, Sall, George, Mary & Rachel, each entitled to one half thereof. They are requesting a division of said negros.

Division of the negros belonging to Franklin Weskett on 29 Dec 1842 by John McClees, Benjamin Spruill & James J. Pledger. Lot 1 to Frances Ann Weskett:

Bond dated 26 Apr 1843 in the amount of $2,500 appointing Jeremiah Weskett guardian of Frances Ann Weskett, John McClees & Joseph Alexander securities.

See the estate file on Susan Weskett. She was administered by Jeremiah Weskett on the same date as Franklin Weskett and was probably the wife of Franklin Weskett and mother of Frances Ann Weskett.
