On motion of Jasper Charlton for sale of the perishable estate of John Wynne deceased now remaining in the hand of the administratrix of the sd. John Wynne the same is granted and ordered to make return to next court also that Joseph Spruill Esqr., Peter Wynne & John Hooker Esqr. or any two of them devide the same & make return to next court.

Peter Wynne exhibited the devision of John Wynne deceased between the widow and children ordered filed.
