To the Honorable Supreme Court of said county We the undersigned
Commissioners appoint under a former order of said Court having
bin duly sworn proceed on the 19 day Dec, 1894 to devide and make
patition betwen and among Susan A. Rose, Clarasa R. King, Mary
Holloman, Zilphia Royal, B.F. King and heirs of Lizzie Moore Dec.
to wit Minnie E. Moore, Lou Moore and Laura Moore, (children of
Lizzie & John S. Moore, preacher at Rhodes Friends Church,
Grantham, NC) him at law of Barna King Dec. wheretofore we have
made the fowling appropriations in severlty
Lot No 1 is assigned to Zilphia Royall & wife of Lee Royall and
is adjacent to Goldsboro Road, Stephen Manns line, R. Granthams line containing 11 1/2 acres. Also one other tract adjacent to Stephen Massin line, Morris corner containing 11 1/2 acres valued at $95.00
Lot No 2 is assigned to B.F. King and is adjacent to R. Granthams line, Stephens Morris corner, Grantham line containing 33 acres valued at $95.00
Lot No 3 is assigned to Mary Holloman wife of Josiah Holloman and is adjacent to R. Granthams line containing 31 acres valued at $95.00
Lot No 4 is assigned to C.R. King wife of Wm King and is adjacent to R. Grantham line, Lucy branch containing 27 acres valued at $81.00
Lot No 5 is assigned to Susan A. Rose wife of J.W. Rose and is adjacent to R. Grantham line, Lucy Branch containing 34 acres valued at $102.00
Lot No 6 is assigned to the Heirs of Elizabeth Moore Dec. and is adjacent to R. Grathams line, Lucy branch,
John Duns line containing 34 acres valued at $102.00
Lot No 5 pays to Lot No 4 - $7.00
Which makes the Division equal all of which respectfully
submitted under our hands & seals this December 19th 1894
