Indenture 29 Sept 1786 between Joseph Pipkin of Wayne Co. on the part
and Nancy Rhodes, wife of Wm Rhodes, dau. of said Joseph Pipkin,
including plantation where she now lives, adj. Wm Crawford and Luke
Pipkin, 110 acres , and another tract of 50 acres on Falling Creek
adjoining above land also 200 acres on the south side of Great Swamp of Falling
Creek adjoining Crafford, John and Luke Pipkin
