Bryan, Mayor of the City of Goldsboro, to Henry Weil, Samuel Cohen and Joseph Ballew Berger, Trustees of the Hebrew Cemetery Association of Goldsboro, N. C. and in consideration of ten dollars to him paid for a ceratin lot or parcel of land in the city Cemetery described as follows: beginning at the north west corner of the present boundaries of the Hebrew Cemetery runs in a westerly direction with the Cemetery wall on Elm Street, forty feet to third street in Cemetery thence with said street one hundred and eleven feet in a southerly direcrtion thence a direct line to the south west corner of the boundaries of the present Hebrew Cemetery thence a straight line to the beginnning.
