BIZZEL,<\/strong> leaving a wife and three children to mourn his loss. Mr. BIZZEL was born in Wayne county, North Carolina, on the 4th September, 1817, emigrated to Arkansas in 1852. He was a loving husband, kind father and warm friend. In his death the community has lost a worthy citizen. &#8211; Paraclifta (Ark.)
