Mustered in as Private Present or accounted for until wounded in the forehead at Wilderness, Virginia. on or about May 5, 1864. Promoted to Corporal on May 6, 1864. Returned to duty prior to July 1, 1864. Present or accounted for through December, 1864. Surrendered at Appomattox Court House, Virginia, April 9. 1865.[NCT]
