Phillip Neal HAWN and Hazel Jeanette SMITH were married on 12 September 1936.⁴⁹⁶ Hazel Jeanette SMITH was born on 5 April 1918.⁴⁹⁶ She died of a "Cerebral Hemorrhage" on 26 October 1963 at the age of 45 in Burlington, Alamance County, North Carolina.⁴⁹⁶
