My best guess is that this is a Barber picture.
Charley Younger Barber b. 1884 in Chatham Co. NC was my paternal grandfather
and this picture was among his things.
Other ties to Chatham Co. would be Hatch, Hudson/Hutson, Stinson and
Rosson.
