12 Nov 1881 - 7 Dec 1883 - The estate of Nelly BELL in account with T.D. WALKER, admr. Mentions payments made to Drs. J.J. BAXTER and W.H. COWELL for medical bills, paid R.B. MUNDEN $25.00 for coffin; paid Cartwright BELL $18.07 "for taking care of his mother and laboring for her during her life". Various other payments. /s/ Thos. D. WALKER
