1898 - Application for Letters Testamentary. A paper
writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Alfred DOZIER,
deceased, was exhibited in open Court by Edmond SNOWDEN, one of the
executors therein named and is duly proven by the oath and examination of
Edmond SNOWDEN and Geo. C. SANBORN, the subscribing witnesses
thereto. It is therefore adjudged that said proof is sufficient to have
this will admitted to probate. /s/ E.W. ANSELL, CSC

1898 - Application for Letters Testamentary. Edmond
SNOWDEN states that Alfred DOZIER is dead and that his property
consists of horses, carts, buggies, farming utensils, cattle, hogs, etc. and
is worth about $300.00 and that Noah, Elijah, Martha,
Ailsa, Lemuel, Sarah Jane, Alonzo, George,
Alfred, and Ella DOZIER are the parties entitled to the same.

Lem DOZIER, Mary COWELL, Alonzo DOZIER, and Martha DOZIER $5.00 each
as their distributive share
6 Feb 1907 - Paid
Noah DOZIER $124.00 according to the will
