I Alfred DOZIER being in a state of great bodily weakness but sound of mind do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all previous wills. I will and bequeath to my wife Sylvia one third of all my property whether real or personal and wheresoever situated.
I will to my son Noah one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be paid in cash.
I will all the rest of my property to my children with the exception of Noah, to be divided equally between them by name Elijah, Mary, Martha, Ailsa, Samuel, Sarah Jane, Alonzo, George, Alfred, Ella.
I appoint Edward PERKINS and Edmond SNOWDEN executors of this my last will and testament.
Witness my hand and seal this 5th day of July 1897.
