I Zacariah M. DOXEY of Currituck County and State of North Carolina, make this our last will. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal as follows.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son W.A. DOXEY all of my interest in a certain tract of land in Poplar Branch Township in Currituck County bounded as follows. On the north by Geo. A. DOXEY, on the east by the main road leading from Narrow Shore to Powells Point, on the south by Thomas WOODHOUSE, on the west by Pipkin OWENS & others, to have & to hold & to come in possession at once of said property. Also I give & bequeath to the said Willis A. DOXEY in cash the sum of twenty five dollars.
I also give and bequeath to my son Noah Hodges DOXEY all of the money that I have let him have up to this time.
I give and bequeath unto my son Geo. Ambrose DOXEY after all of my debts & expense are paid all of my goods & chattles that I now am in possession of also all notes that I hold & accounts & all the cash that may be left at the time of my death.
I also give unto my son Johnathan L. DOXEY and Cora CORBEL a certain tract of land in Poplar Branch Township and in Currituck County known as the Gray's Island land commencing at the mouth of Parkers Creek bounded by Ed W. BAUM & others fifty acres more or less & the said Johnathan L. DOXEY and Cora CORBEL are to become in possession of said land at once.
I appoint Geo. A. DOXEY of Poplar Branch Township & Currituck County, a farmer, executor of my last will.
In witness whereof I have signed & sealed this instrument as my last will above all others. This Jany 6 day 1906.
