Last Will and Testament of D. Biggs, Nov. 1st 1898

Know All men by those present that this last Will and testament, It is my desire that my children by my last wife have my home place about One Hundred and fifty Acres but if my last wife Sarah Jane. shall remain unmmarried, it is my last desire that she shall have controle of the place her life time, and not be divided until her death, But if she marries again then it must be divided among children/ are 21 years old but it she does not marry again, I want her to give them the best ----ting on the place she can. While she lives it is furthermore desired that all my personal property to witt, Horses, Cattle, hogs, and provisions on the place, house hold and kitchen furniture, shall belong to my wife Sarah Jane and her heirs by me.
