I am a descendant of Samuel Bigham (1730-1790) and wife Elizabeth Kennedy (1735-1810). The information I have found indicates that Samuel Bigham died in Steele Creek Mecklenburg County, North Carolina on 14 Oct 1790. Do you have any records on Samuel Bigham; his son, Samuel Moses Bigham (born in Mecklenburg County, NC in 1750; or Samuel M. Bingham born in 1797? Any help you can give or resources you could suggest for my search would be appreciated.

Am looking for anything on Joseph Maxwell, born 1770 in Mecklenburg County, NC, which may identify his father and mother. Am at wits in and have tried every resource that I can think of. Any thoughts or ideas, suggestions? Thanks so much! MAX
