JEREMIAH STROTHER, which grant was delivered to MAJOR WILLIAM HURST, to be delivered by him to JOHN UNDERWOOD. Wit: RICHD. VIGORS, WILL HURST.

Granville Co., 12 Dec. 1760. Certificate from WILL HURST that he delivered the above grant of THOS. CHILD, Esq. to JOHN UNDERWOOD & that it was destroyed by fire when his house burned while he and his wife were away.
