147 Plan of Survey of land where EPHRAIM ESTRIDGE plans to rebuild mill on Sandy Creek. Report of BENJAMIN PERSON, County Surveyor, together with Report of EDWARD JONES, THOMAS COOKE, DANIEL BARROW, & CHARLES LYLES who were appointed by Nov. Court 1769 to lay off and value the land. Survey also signed by JOHN ESTRIDGE & CHARLES LYLES C.C. (Chain Carriers?). Recorded May Court 1770 at which time EPHRAIM ESTRIDGE paid JOHN HAWKINS the Younger the valuation of the one acre of his land to be used. (See WB-A, page 129.)
