Goldsboro Woman Dies Following Second Stroke
Goldsboro, Feb. 25 – Mrs. Horace KING, aged about 58, died at her home in the city at 7:30 o’clock Tuesday morning following a stroke of paralysis two years ago, and a second stroke several months ago.

Mrs. KING before her marriage was Miss Lillie JOHNSON of Mount Olive. She lived all her life in Wayne county and since her marriage in Goldsboro.  She was a member of St. Paul Methodist church, and prominent in its activities as long as her health would allow    Surviving are her husband Horace KING, of Goldsboro, one son, Clarence KING, and one granddaughter, Francis KING, both of Hertford and one brother, Mr. J. JOHNSON of Asheville.

Funeral services will be conducted from the home at 3 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.
