Moravian History
Records of the Moravians in North Carolina
The Records comprise of thirteen volumes. Although there is not a main index to all thirteen that I know of, each volume has an index available to find specific people. They kept daily journals and their notes are detailed with names, dates and events.
If you have ancestors that you know settled in the area in the 1700’s, checking the index’s is worth doing, interactions with non-Moravians were often documented as well.
