Inventory of Sarah Christmas 1810 Warren County North Carolina will book 16 p. 202 Christmas Inventory And inventory of the property of Sarah Christmas deceased. 1 Cal, five small hogs, 7 stoats, the half of the pork of 16 hogs, 1 chest drawers, 1 surrell filley, 1 walnut table and pine table, 4 Windsor chairs, 2 featherbed and bolsters and pillows to each, 1 walnut featherbed stead, 2 sets of white curtains, 4 spools, 1 homespun blanket, 5 based quilts and 4 pair of sheets, 2 tablecloth, 3 towels, to window curtains, 2 pine chests, 1 candle stand, 1 looking glass, 1 wite figard counterpane, 19 china saucers, 9 china teacups, 10 china coffee cups, 1 china teapot, 1 milk pot, 1 small sugar bowl, 1 better plate, 4 cups and saucers, ½ a dozen Silver teaspoons and ½ a dozen tablespoons, 2 waters, 2 dishes, 14 plates, 11 small white bowls, 1 pine safe, 2 canisters, 11 forks and 9 knives, 1 brass candlestick, 1 pair snuffers, 1 bead basket, 1 mug, 1 picture, 1 milk pot and parcel of bottles, 1 knife box, 1 jug, 1 earthen coffee pot, 9 better plates, 1 tin bucket, 1 iron pot, 2 ovens, 2 sifters, 2 trays, 1 washing tub, 1/2 bushel and 2 noggins, 2 water pails, 2 spinning wheels, 4 pair cards, 1 pewter dish, 1 spice morter and pestle, 2 tin pans, to chairs, 1 pair hand iron, 1 pair of flat irons, 2 pewter basin, 1 riding chair and gear, 1 pair seals, 2 sugar boxes, 1 lume stays and 5 harnesses, 1 raw hide, 1 iron pot rack, 2 pair pot hooks and 1 grig iron, 1 trivis, 5 hilling hoes, to plow hoes, three axes a small passel of wheat and the part of the crop of corn fodder and tobacco, 1 bowl and about thirty geese, 1 hogshead and 13 Beryl and her part of the crop of cotton, her part of the crop of corn fodder, tobacco and cotton not yet ascertained and also the fork. Friday, January 5, 1813 P.162-163 Know all men by
these presents, that we Thomas Power and John Green are held and firmly
bound unto Henry Fitts, Esquire, Chairman of the County Court of Warren
and his superior in office in the sum of five hundred pounds, which
payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, executors
and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and
dated this fifth January 1813. Test Robert R. Johnson recorded by me one Negro named

these presents, that we Richard and Thomas Power are held and firmly
bound unto Henry Fitts, Esq. Chairman of the County Court of Warren and
his Superior in office in the sum of five hundred pounds, which payment
well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, executors and
administrators firmly by these presents. Received by me the following Negroes:

presents that we Henry Yancey, Administrator of William Christmas,
deceased, and William R. Johnson are held and firmly bound unto Henry
Fitts, Esq. Chairman of the County Court of Warren and his Superior in
office in the sum of five hundred pounds, which payment well and truly to
be made we bind ourselves and heirs, Executors and Administrators firmly
by these presents. received by me the following Negroes: Fanny #215.00, p.168-169 Know all men by these presents that we John Green and Kemp Plummer are held and firmly bound unto Henry Fitts, Esq. Chairman of the County Court of Warren and his Superior in office in the sum of five hundred pounds, which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this third day of January 1813. The condition of the above
obligation is such, that whereas Thomas Christmas, Admin. of Thomas
Christmas, deceased, has delivered over to the above mentioned heirs all
the property of which he entitled as a distribution or share of the estate
of the said Thomas Christmas, deceased a description list of which is
herein entered. Now if any debt shall be hereafter sued for or recovered
or otherwise duly made appear, then and in that case if the said John
Green and Kemp Plummer are and shall make and pay his ratable part or
portion of said debt then this obligation to be void, else to remain in
full power and virtue. Property received by me as Guardian to my children: This bond was returned to court by Thomas Christmas, Admin. of Thomas Christmas, deceased, and on motion the same was ordered to be recorded. Test W. Green C.W.C. |
