Should it ever be the wish of my dear wife to sell the houses and lots in the town of Warrenton together with the lands which I have bequeathed to her during her life it is my will and desire that my Executors hereafter named or those who qualify or the survivors of those who qualify, sell the whole thereof upon such terms and conditions as they may think proper, in which event they are to give my said wife one third of the purchase money which one third I devise and bequeath to her forever. The remainder or reversionary interest in the property given my wife during her life is upon her death equally to be divided among all my children or the representatives of those who may be dead they standing in the shoes of those they represent, in making this division reference is to be had to the advancements before mentioned.
