I Solomon Williams of the County of Warren and state of N. Carolina being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all all former wills by me made. Item the 1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mariah A. Williams all of my property of every description whatever. Signed sealed in the presence of the subscribing witnesses. |

This the 9th day of Feb 1894 I make this my last will - my health is feeble, but my mind is all right. I feel it my duty to make provision for my two single daughters Pattie K. Williams and Bettie K. Williams. After Mr. Pretlow is paid, I give everything I have to Pattie K. Williams & Bettie K. Williams - Halifax and Cleveland my household furniture & everything that I own I give them the right to dispose of or keep, just as they may choose. |
