Maple, thence by a Line of marked Trees West One hundred y Sixty Pole to a Pine on the North
Side of the Mouth of the Deep Run from thence the Various Courses of Kendricks Creek
Northerly to the Mouth of the Mill Creek or first Station out of the Said Tract the Said
Stevens Lee has made Two Conveiances One to Mr Jacob Blount for Eighty Three
Acres y One to Mr. William Downing of 29 Acres which we have processioned

Deed bearing Date 23d. Day of March 1744 the Said Stevens Lee y Mr.
Jacob Blount being present it being a Conveiance from Mr William Downing
Containing One hundred y Forty Acres and hath those Buttings and Boundings begining at a
Cypress Tree Standing on the Deep Run Side by the Road Side thence Runing the Various
Courses of the Said Run to a Pine Tree at the Mouth of the Said Run being Stevens Lee
Corner Tree of his Tract of Land called Cabby Neck y from Said Tree East One hundred y
Sixty Pole to a Gum y a Maple thence along a Line of marked Trees North Seventy Degrees
East One hundred y Sixty Pole to White Oak from Said Oak South fourty Degrees West to the
first Station, it being a Conveiance out of the half Tract of Land Granted to Capt.
William Downing of Six hundred Acres called Cabby Neck. Certifyed Febr.
