Thomas SHOOK and Fannie S. [Travensted] TRAVIS, was born on 27 April 1891 in Catawba County, North Carolina.^{1224,1285,2244} She died on 25 April 1945 at the age of 53 in Catawba County, North Carolina.⁴⁴⁸ She was buried in St. Peter's Lutheran Church cemetery, north of Conover, Catawba County, NC.
