a.    James Spence McCOY  , b. 1830 in Camden, NC.  He married Angeline WHALEY  , married 30-Dec-1883 in Camden, NC, b. Abt 1836 in Camden Co, NC, (daughter of Charles Culpepper WHALEY  and Lydia WILLIAMS  ) d. Bef 1889.  James died 31-Mar-1883 in South Mills, Camden, NC.
