Located about 6.5 miles south of Roxboro, off Hwy 157 on Poindexter Road,
just north of Hurdle Mills in Person Co NC. Entrance is made from
Poindexter Road through the driveway of an old house site on right, go over
the knoll and out into the field toward the old cabin. The graves can be
seen from the highway and are in a grove of large trees across in front of
the cabin.

Listed on the Person County Cemeteries as the Clayton Cemetery. It is located at Five Forks on the Jasper Clayton Road on the north side of City Lake in Person County, NC. There are about 40 graves here marked with very old, plain, field rocks.

Located off 158 at Surl, on Pixley-Prichard Road near intersection with Stanley Oakley Road in Person County, NC.

Behind County Animal Shelter on Chub Lake Road. It is believed that construction of the Stories Creek Elementary School has resulted in a relocation of Stories Creek Road so that it now passes between the cemetery and the cemetery. This cemetery may have been a paupers cemetery.

From Roxboro, take 158E. Turn left on Evelyn Day Road. Stay on Evelyn Day to the dead end and cemetery is on the right.

Directions: From Semora: Cunningham Road into Virginia. Right on Edwin Robertson Road and back into NC. Just after re-entering NC, left on Ephesus Church Road (SR 1323) to John Merritt Road (SR 1324). Church is at this intersection.

Original location of Lamberth Memorial Baptist Church at the intersection of Maurice Daniels Road and Concord Church Road. The church was founded in either 1902 or 1904. Because of this discrepency regarding the actual date of its founding, the church celebrated its centenial on October 5, 2003. A history of the church, copies of many church documents, and photographs are included in a book published for the centenial entitled "Lamberth Memorial Baptist Church Celebrates 100 Years of Ministry."

South side of Highway 158 at the intersection with Rolling Hills Rd.  Church History: The church was formed as an Anglican Chapel in 1750 on South Hyco Creek. It was a widely recognized landmark in this frontier region and was known as "Chapel Church." Francis Asbury, one of two first Bishops of the Methodist church, preached here in 1781 during the Revolutionary War. The church passed to the Methodist after 1784. The church was the first organized church in what became Person County in 1792. Note: The church was in Granville County when formed in 1750 and was next in Orange County before being passed to Caswell County and became Person County in 1792.

Ceffo; Directions: Semora Road (NC 57) to Concord-Ceffo Road (SR 1340) at Concord. Right on Concord-Ceffo Road. Concord-Ceffo Road to McGees Mill Road (SR 1337). Cemetery is in the woods behind the house across McGees Mill Road from the stop sign at the Concord-Ceffo Road and McGees Mill Road intersection.
