I, Mary Ann Galloway, of the aforesaid
County and State, being of sound and disposing
mind, but considering the uncertainty of my
earthly existence, do make and declare this my
last will and TESTAMENT:
Item FIRST: My executor, hereinafter
named, shall give my body a decent burial, and
pay my funeral expenses, together with all my
just debts, out of the first moneys which may
come into his hands from my
estates.
ITEM SECOND: I give and devise unto my
two beloved nephews Louie Whitmire and Craig
Whitmire and their bodily heirs, all my real
property wheresoever the same may be situated,
share and share alike, and in the event that
either of my said nephews should die without
bodily heirs, then and in that event the said
real property shall go to the survivor or his
bodily heirs.
ITEM FOURTH: I hereby constitute and
appoint my trusty friend Thomas H. Shipman my
lawful executor to all intents and purposes, to
execute this my last WILL and TESTAMENT,
according to the true intent and meaning of the
same, and every clause and part thereof, hereby
revoking and declaring utterly void all other
wills and testaments by me heretofore
made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Mary Ann
Galloway, do hereunto set my hand and seal,
this the 17th day of July A. D.
1919.
