Know all men by these presents that I,
Thomas H. Galloway, of the State and County
aforesaid, make this my last Will and
Testimony.
Witnesseth that J. E.
Galloway, J. S. Galloway, E. H. Galloway, S. B.
Galloway, H. C. Galloway are all made equal in
point of property and I will and bequeath to my
wife, Elizabeth Galloway, my farm on the Middle
Fork known as the John C. Galloway farm to her
during her life and make J. E. Galloway and J.
D. Galloway my executors to have full control
of the same and apply the proceeds to her only
use and to carry into effect all my contracts
both verbal and written to receive and pay out
settling all just contracts and claims and at
the death of my wife, Elizabeth Galloway, to be
equally divided amongst the heirs, this will to
go into effect from and after my death.
In testimony whereof I
have set my hand and seal this the day and date
above written.
